最近由於想更新家裏的平板電視，對市面上主流的LED背光，LCD背光，PDP平板電視做了一次較為詳實的調研，歷時一月有余，在網絡和蘇寧，國美以及各大商場實地進行了資料收集，回來做了一個簡單的梳理，並放到網上與大家分享一下這些經驗。

首先來會說基本概念，LED背光和LCD背光同屬液晶電視的範疇，而PDP屬於等離子電視。兩者的成像原理天差地別，液晶電視以液晶為成像媒介，靠其他光源照射產生影像，液晶本身不發光，而PDP則完全不同，其工作原理與日光燈很相似。它采用了等離子管作為發光元件，屏幕上每一個等離子管對應一個像素，由等離子管發光直接成像。歸納一下就是液晶電視是屏幕被動發光，而PDP則是屏幕主動發光。

相關優缺點比較：
能耗：LCD>PDP>LED
顯而易見三者中LCD背光的能耗最大，PDP本來的能耗比LCD更大，但是近幾年來研究出的新型PDP屏幕由於采用的新的節電技術能耗大幅度下降，說白了就是分段式供電。而LED背光由於采用了發光二極管代替了原來LCD（herve leger sale）背光所使用的背光排管，所以相對能耗縮小了一半左右。是新生代的一種低能耗技術。

由於本身電子元器件尺寸的原因，造成了PDP與LCD的體積較LED大，LED具有更輕更薄的特點。
畫面：可以說是各有千秋，由於PDP是主動發光成像，所以理論不存在殘影問題，畫面更為銳利和流暢。而LCD與LED背光由於其成像媒介還是液晶，所以導致了動態畫面的殘影普遍存在。殘影形成的原因還是由於液晶的流動和電流信號具有一定的延遲，這就是所謂的響應時間，響應時間越長，殘影越明顯，反之殘影越少。據稱目前已經有響應時間無限接近於零的液晶面板問世，其真實性還有待考證。但LCD和LED也有優點，由於是被動發光，所以色彩較PDP更為逼真，還原度和飽滿度高，而PDP由於主動發光還是會導致畫面泛白和眩光現象。

下面是我們在選購過程中長會產生的誤區：
1.LED屏幕與LED背光混為一談，LED背光作為LCD背光的替代技術而出現，但是LED背光使用的還是液晶作為成像媒介。這點與LCD背光沒有任何區別，而LED屏幕實際是有無數個發光二極管組成的屏幕，但是目前技術還不能小型化，一般作為戶外宣傳使用，也就是我們常見的巨型LED廣告牌。

2.日系產品優於其他所有產品，這個在大多數的遊戲論壇形成一種比較唯日不買奇怪的崇日現象，不得不說是比較荒誕的，的確日系產品在液晶技術上趨於世界領先的水平，但是就目前國內市場而言，由於日系產品一般都走大屏幕高端路線，所以導致大量的中小尺寸電視機技術停滯不前，而且大多數采用貼牌生產的模式外包給國內工廠代工。整體水平較低，所以在選購中低端產品時，還是不要考慮日系產品為好，可以選擇相對技術更為全面的韓系產品或者合資品牌。在選擇高端產品時（20000以上的Christian Louboutin Shoes）的產品時才可以貫徹為日不買的理念。

衡量液晶顯示器和好壞的標準有很多，比如亮度、亮度不均勻性、全開全關對比度、ANSI對比度、可視角度、色域上下延響應時間等等。
另外，W-LED相比CCFL的優勢在於功耗較小，還有就是LED背光的亮度衰減時間要比CCFL(cheap uggs)長很多，出現白色偏黃的時間更慢。
